Currently we do not offer collection. Shipping charges and methods will vary based on the shipping country. Please view the shopping
cart during checkout to view options for shipping methods and corresponding charges. Due to customs
clearance, we are not able to guarantee delivery timing.
Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated
from the date the order is placed. You may receive a next day delivery dispatch email as late as
12:30am on the day your delivery is expected
By placing a pre-order with our business, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Pre-orders are advance purchases for products that have not yet been released.
Payment for the pre-ordered item will be collected at the time of placing the order. Estimated
shipping dates are provided as accurately as possible but are subject to change based on supplier
availability and production schedules. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any
updates or delays. In cases where a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable or production is
canceled, we reserve the right to offer a full refund or an alternative solution. Customers can
cancel their pre-order and request a refund at any time before the product is dispatched. If your
order includes a pre-order item, your items will be shipped in ONE package.

You will see the current status of all your recent orders and estimated delivery date. Once your order
ships, we will email you a tracking link for easy access. Stay informed every step of the way

‘EU deliveries – All orders to EU addresses will be delivered with all duties and taxes paid by us.
Non-EU deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your St.ARTLoe parcel may or
may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person
receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of St. Artloe's
hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular
charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local
customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.’
If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 14 days.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs
charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by St.ARTLoe. For more
accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not
surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are
suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that
you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you
ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated
accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake,
you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 30 days starting from the day that the
tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to
the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence,
before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
